Octavia is currently working as a Business Operations Manager in an Innovative eHealth company.

She has strong interest in entrepreneurship having previously worked in two different start-ups and taken part in start-up accelerator programmes (OBR OneStart Competition).

Octavia has a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Manchester, and an MSc in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management from University College London (UCL).

During her studies she worked as Social Secretary for one of the University Societies and was responsible for organisation of society events and meet ups.

Over the course of 'Life Sciences Enterprise Project' at the Faculty of Life Sciences (University of Manchester) she took on a role of Head of Marketing, where she led extensive market research and business intelligence gathering while contributing to the creation of a marketing strategy and branding.

She also worked as Peer Assisted Study Support (PASS) Leader and received Golden Manchester Leadership Programme (MLP) Award.
