Grace is a final year BSc Microbiology student at the University of Leeds, having just completed her industrial placement year working as a Strategic Consultancy Intern at IPG Health Consulting. Alongside her placement, she has worked as a Student Engagement Intern for her university faculty for the past 2 years and has recently been appointed Employability Intern. Grace has also been working as Student Project Assistant: Digital for the Leeds Institute of Teaching Excellence (LITE) team creating videos showcasing fellowships. In March 2020, Grace also created an educational platform teaching students biology and providing study and careers advice through YouTube videos, infographics, and a website. Through her roles and personal projects, Grace has really developed a passion for communications and marketing, and is keen to learn and network with more people in this industry. Outside of work and studies Grace loves playing hockey, travelling, musicals, and spending time with her partner, family, and two dogs. Grace is a highly motivated individual, eager to learn and keen to make a positive and meaningful difference. She is incredibly excited to be joining the team as a Marketing Associate at Innovation Forum: Manchester and can’t wait to get stuck in!
